1969 Morris Minor 1000 Four Door Saloon

This Minor Saloon was originally supplied by Davis and Sons of Ringwood and has apparently been affectionately known as Mary. It was the subject of an older professional restoration which included the fitting of four new wing panels, floor panels, sill panel assemblies, inner wing panels, new chassis members, cross member ends and a new boot lid. A complete respray was also carried out at that time. Subsequently, another bare metal respray has been carried out and completed in February 2020. The suspension has been overhauled and the brakes upgraded with discs. The cylinder head has been modified to run on unleaded petrol, electronic ignition is fitted and the Minor is equipped with a stainless exhaust system and Radial Ply tyres. The interior is in tidy condition with new carpets but would benefit from a new parcel shelf.

The history file contains numerous invoices, MOT test certificates, the original BMC Passport to Service, old road tax discs and the V5C registration certificate.
