This Minor 1000 was originally supplied by King and Harper Ltd of Cambridge as a Two Door Saloon De-Luxe.  In 1997, major repairs were carried out to the motor car; work included the fitting of a new engine, clutch and flywheel and the replacement of the front chassis members, floor panels, rear arch panels and cross-members, together with the carpets and interior trims. An amp meter, oil pressure and temperature (auxiliary) gauges are fitted to the Minor, as well as a modern radio unit, Halogen headlamps, a bonnet pull cable conversion and door mirrors.

In 2016, it was converted into a Convertible by Charles Ware’s Morris Minor Centre, who also carried out extensive repairs to the underside, as well as strengthening as part of the conversion. The Morris was the subject of a complete respray and was equipped with new front wings, a new mohair hood and hood cover. The engine, gearbox and rear axle have all been rebuilt and quite clearly, no expense has been spared on the upkeep of this pretty Morris during the last twenty-three years.

The history file contains the V5C registration certificate, the RF60 registration book, the original handbook and Morris Warranty, and a quantity of invoices.
