More July Collectables

As well as the fantastic selection of prestigious pre- and post-war motor cars, including a 1933 Aston Martin 1 ½ Litre, a 1963 Bentley S3 and a 1937 Rolls-Royce Phantom III Sedanca De Ville, our Summer Sale on the 9th of July will also offer a range of British classics from the mid and late Twentieth Century to suit all tastes and budgets. Leading the pack will be two beautifully restored motors: a ‘54 MG TF and a 1960 Triumph TR3A; also for lovers of the Triumph TR range is a 1980 TR8 that has spent virtually its entire life in a private collection in America and has covered just under 4000 miles. The Rover marque will be represented by a 1998 Mini Cooper Sport, an exceptionally rare 1996 Mini 1300 Cabriolet and a smart and well cared for 1977 P6 3500S. The sale will also include an example of the deservedly popular Daimler V8 250 Saloon – in this case, a 1969 example, and for those looking for their transportation to be rather more on the indecent side, we will offer a variety of motor cars ranging from a 1933 Austin 7 Ulster Sports Replica, to a 1971 modified Austin Mini Cooper S 1275cc Mk III, by way of two rally cars: a 1967 Ford Anglia 1600 De Luxe Estate Rally Car and an original 1996 Peugeot 106 Rallye. With motorcycles and over two hundred lots of automobilia, the auction at Athelhampton House, near Dorchester, should prove to be an interesting one indeed.
