For the person who has everything, this classy American will certainly either impress the neighbours, or make them incredibly jealous! Its innovative design details, extraordinary really for a car produced in 1962, all remain intact and the motor car boasts power ‘everything’, including its hood which operates well. Despite its not so diminutive proportions, the Electra is in fact very easy to drive.

The Buick spent its formative years in the USA and was imported from California to the UK in 1995 to be used as a promotional vehicle for a recording company. The popular music artist was then gifted the motor car when the promotion ended but for the twenty three year ownership, the motor car was used only sparingly.

The Electra is finished in Ivory White with a complimentary white hood and black interior; although the motor car is not a concours queen, it remains in a presentable and usable condition. Mechanically, it has no known faults and we can assure prospective purchasers that the Wildcat 441ci V8 engine positively purrs and is ready to cruise! Recently, we understand that the braking system has been checked, an engine service carried out and a new petrol pump fitted.

The history folder includes the V5C registration certificate and its replacement, old road tax discs and MOT test certificates, the original California licence plate and a workshop manual covering all aspects of the motor car.
